What is Community Supported Agriculture?

Community Supported Agriculture is an easy, subscription-based way to become part of the farm! Purchasing a CSA membership at the beginning of the season makes you a "shareholder" of the farm, and you receive your share of the harvest each week of the specific season in return.  Economical, eco-friendly, and a great way to support your local certified organic family farm. 

(Not to mention, it's a great excuse to visit your local farmers, too!)

Wilkinson Acres and Fireclay Farms are officially teaming up to bring your our Fall 2021 CSA.  Check out the details below!

September 25 through December 11, 2021

First Pick Up Date: 9/24/2021 (Fri)

Last Pick Up Date: 12/11/2021 (Sat)

Friday pick up location:

Green Valley location (Fairfield, CA)

Saturday pick up locations:

Wilkinson Acres farm stand (Fairfield, CA)

Oak Park Farmers Market (Sacramento, CA)

Fireclay Farms (Davis, CA)

Sunday pick up location:

Fireclay Farms (Davis, CA)

We will send out an email closer to the start of the CSA regarding pick up location preference.  Please respond promptly with your pick up preference. Default pick up location is Wilkinson Acres Farm Stand on Saturdays.

Cost:

1 box = $30/week

12 weeks x $30 =

$360 per share

+ $10 Square surcharge =

$370 per share*

*There is an option to split your payment into two payments on the product purchase page.

Payments must be received by 9/20/2021 and 10/30/2021 (if splitting payment). 2nd installment will be invoiced to the email on file.

Delivery:

We are not able to offer direct to your door delivery for our Fall 2021 CSA.  We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you at one of our pick-up locations.

How Does It Work?

You become a member by purchasing a share for the season.  Click the link above to go to our online store, where you can purchase your seasonal share. 

Each week, you will receive a share of that season's crops valuing at least $30.

Your produce will be available for pickup in single use, recyclable paper bags at the locations stated above

Members receive an additional 10% off all farm stand items purchased on site.

No refunds on unclaimed shares - they will be donated to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano County.

How Will I Know What Produce Is In My Share?

Weekly on Fridays, we'll email you a list of what's in the box in our weekly newsletter, as well as some recipe ideas to try out with your produce items.  We also post the weekly share contents on our social media pages.

Our weekly boxes may be aggregated with both certified organic and organically grown products (all items will be clearly labeled/indicated on the weekly newsletter) and from time to time there may be an Easter egg of a product from a hyper local source in the valley.

What to Expect this Season
Fall 2021

Fall is a fantastic time of year for organic veggies!  You can expect a variety of seasonal vegetables in your weekly box including (but not limited to) heirloom and cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, winter squash, beans, herbs, mixed greens (lettuces, tatsoi, mizuna, arugula, etc), kale, chard, corn, root vegetables (potatoes, turnips, radish, parsnips, carrots, etc),
